When waste material overseas suppliers apply China AQSIQ license, you have to provide Quality Management Control System documents to AQSIQ dept, the system contains how to select a qualify supplier, how to purchase, how to deal with unqualified scraps, how to do the training in company etc. Today i will share part of knowledge for aqsiq application system training.

Purpose

In order to make the company staff in China environmental protection and quality requirements of waste materials, by this opportunity to our company specially made for waste about learning Chinese environmental policies of employee training plan.

Training content

(1) Job responsibility

(2)The company's quality management system documents.

(3)119th order of the state quality inspection administration(2009)

(4) Implementation of registration of forging supplier of importation of solid waste as raw materials (2009, 98th order of the state quality inspection administration).

(5) Environmental protection control standard for imported solid wastes as raw materials (including GB16487·4-2005, GB16487·5-2005, GB16487·6-2005, GB16487·7-2005, GB16487·8-2005, GB16487·9-2005, GB16487·10-2005, GB16487·12-2005, GB16487·13-2005).

(6) Waste import use as raw material inspection and quarantine (including SN/T 1791·1-2006, SN/T 1791·4-2006, SN/T 1791·6-2006, SN/T 1791·7-2006, SN/T 1791·8-2006, SN/T 1791·9-2006, SN/T 1791·11-2006, SN/T 1791·12-2006,SN/T 1791·13-2006).

(7) The regulation and procedure of radioactive pollution test on importation of waste as raw materials. 

(8) Exported waste raw materials business procedure.

Training assessment 

4.7.1 Training for new employees, after the probation period, the one qualified can continue to use. Examination unqualified should extend probation or take other measures.

4.7.2 Outsourcing training has the examination results or the qualification certificates which can be used as external training evaluation.

4.7.3 After training, according to the training content, the trainee' level, through written or oral examination to assess the employees (choose any of the methods to assess). 

4.7.4 The staffs who can not reach the training assessment requirements or failed to obtain qualification certificates in accordance with provisions, the company will take measures of adjusting the jobs, firing in accordance with the actual work needs.
